I usually like to call fixing an area of your life: “Healing” rather than manifesting what we want. It is very easy to manifest simple items in our life, you just use a pen and paper to write what you want then release it to the universe believing that you will definitely get what you asked for.
The same concept applies to manifesting an amazing relationship, changing your financial situation, or any other changes in any area of your life. The thing is applying the same concepts is not that easy! Why? Because we are trying to fight a monster with a small knife!
Let us take an example of a lady who wanted to manifest a partner, The lady is overweight. From the early stage of her life, she fed the idea that she will never find a person who loves her because she is overweight. She technically scars that area in her life and that area needs healing before being able to manifest an amazing relationship.
Understanding the five levels of healing helps a lot in healing an area in our lives and brings in the change that we desire.
1- Identity: who we believe we really are. That is imprinted in our subconscious mind from what we and the people surrounding us keep feeding into our subconscious mind. If your parents kept on telling you that you are stupid since you were a child then “STUPID” becomes part of your identity. In the example earlier, the identity of the lady is that she is “OVERWEIGH” and “NOT WANTED”.
2- Feeling: the emotions that we feel every time we think about the situation. In my opinion, the feeling act like a laser pen that rewrites and changes the whole identity.
3- Belief: our current beliefs about how things work. For example, the overweight lady believes that overweight women are not attractive and that men won’t be attracted to her.
4- Attitude: how we approach the situation. Maybe the overweight lady avoids thinking about the situation and tries to numb the pain associated when thinking about the problem.
5- Behaviour: what we do to change the situation. The overweight lady most probably tried to lose weight as the only way she knew about to attract an amazing relationship.
In my opinion, what we do to change our situation is the least Important. While our identity is the most important to heal or to change to what will help us manifest what we want and live the life that we want. But it is the hardest to change.
What I usually recommend people to do is to work on their feelings and the belief (the second and third levels of healing) to change their identity. And to work on the attitude to change the behaviour. So technically to will be working on three levels to heal the situation instead of five.
To help understand that let us be back to the example of the overweight woman and see how she needs to work on the three levels:
Feeling: I feel pretty.
Belief: I believe that I am pretty no matter what my weight is.
Attitude: I will find ways to enjoy eating healthy food, exercising, and dressing in a way that I took pretty.
That will reflect on the last two levels
Identity: I am pretty.
Behaviour: I will stop eating junk food, and exercise three times weekly.
